Day 5: Nadia

I finally managed to catch Nadia! She wanted to sit and cuddle with her dad while he was on the computer.

Day 4: Annabeth

I was going to have Nadia, be my subject for today, but I forgot about taking pictures until it was already late. My sister and her family were over for dinner, so I ran up to get my camera and just started taking pictures of everyone. Going through my pictures, I found one of Annabeth, that I just love. So that is the one I've decided to share.

Day 3: Maes

Since the first two days had each been dedicated to one of my children, I decided to continue on in that trend. For today, I chose to photograph Maes. And lest you think I got better at the one picture thing, I thought I should explain. I tried to get more pictures, but the little stinker kept running away.

Day 2: A Gwendy Bird

Gwendolyn saw my camera and asked me to take her picture. Thus she became the subject of day 2. (Also, I'm apparently really bad, at posting just one picture.)

Project 365- Day 1: A Sleeping Finn

For Christmas my husband and in-laws got me a DSLR camera. It's amazing how wonderful the photographs turn out even when you don't know what you are doing.

I've decided, however, to learn how to use the camera out of auto mode. That led me to the website Click it Up a Notch. On her site I read about Project 365. It's where you take at least one picture everyday. I remembered my mother-in-law doing it, and creating a blog where she posted those pictures. I decide that I would like to try as well, and rather than post it on one of my other blogs, I would keep track of it on an entirely new blog (because I obviously don't have enough blogs already-note heavy sarcasm). So I created a blog, and then promptly went away for Easter and forgot all about it. Until tonight.

Luckily for me, Finn had come down earlier from a nightmare and promptly fell asleep on the couch the minute his little body hit it. Thus I have my first subject for my first day of Project 365.
